ARNICA GEL – Arnica montana 200 mg/g. INDICATIONS: Treatment of bruises, hematomas and ecchymosis. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Pregnancy, children and hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formula. WARNINGS: In case of hypersensitivity to the product, it is recommended to discontinue use and consult a physician. Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eye area. This product should be applied to healthy skin without open wounds. Ingestion of arnica-containing products can cause severe stomach and intestinal inflammation, tachycardia, nervousness, muscle weakness, and even death. MS: 1.1860.0093.

Arnica Montana | Some authors indicate roots as having therapeutic properties, but according to Brazilian Pharmacopoeia III, only floral chapters are used for medicinal and aromatic purposes. Arnica is a perennial plant originally from the European forests. It is abundant in the mountainous part of southern Europe (Alps, Pyrenees and the Vosges). In Brazil it is perfectly acclimatized in several regions, especially in the mountainous regions of Minas Gerais State and the South region. 1
